Problem solving

We have been working on problem solving in Mathematics. This is an example of one. We needed to follow the pattern on Grandma’s quilt so that we could reproduce the “Flying Geese” pattern. It was tricky but we had to flip, slide and turn to make our own small square of the pattern. Then we put it all together to see if we could make Grandma’s quilt! Look what happened!

Are you sure you’re preps, you sound like year 2 students!!

That sounds very hard for little preps.

I loved how we tried to make the pattern it was very fun.
